The Opportunity

Our team is expanding, and we are now looking for a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive who will work closely with the sales team, champion the products of the Company and will be responsible to develop marketing and sales strategies and helping drive company sales.

Your Responsibilities

We are exploring ways to grow our team and in taking ownership of this role, your areas of responsibility will be:


  • Develop a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that involves identifying the target customers, choosing appropriate marketing tools, defining the positioning, and establishing specific objectives.


  • Champion our products by working closely with the Sales team to ensure the effectiveness of the sales and marketing approach, identify strategies to sell in any market, and offer recommendations for improvement as needed.


  • Conduct research on various customer segments and develop and implement a lead generation strategy according to the identified target audiences.


  • Ensure that other sales employees have access to product knowledge through a range of internal resources.


  • Analyse the competition and target markets in order to develop effective strategies and maintain competitiveness in sales, acquisitions, and customer retention.


  • Analysing and optimizing sales and marketing strategies and client feedback in order to enhance competitiveness, performance, and achieve optimal business results.


  • Establishing and monitoring the allocation and distribution of the marketing budget.


  • Handle all sales and marketing programs and campaigns from inception to completion.


  • Stay updated on the most current trends in sales and marketing, business development, and account management.


  • Establish strong relationships and collaborations with essential stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.


  • Manage the digital platforms owned by the company, including websites and other social media channels.


  • Manage and complete all sales and marketing-related assignments as assigned by the CEO, management, or board of directors, ensuring they are completed within agreed time-frames.


  • Attend seminars, conferences, and events where required.


  • Any other tasks as requested by the management from time to time.

Your skillset

  • A passion for sales and marketing.

  • Preferred qualifications include a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a sales and marketing role or a similar position.

  • A proven track record of accomplishment in sales and marketing.

  • Excellent marketing, sales, business acumen, and project management skills.

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of various contemporary sales and marketing strategies.

  • Proficient in computer literacy, including the use of Microsoft Office tools.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Result-oriented and well-organized individual, who excels in setting and achieving goals, consistently delivering high-quality work and driving successful outcomes.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to taking ownership and promptly addressing any concerns or challenges that arise.

  • A versatile individual who can readily adjust to rapidly evolving technologies and changing priorities.

  • Strong ability to transform data insights into effective sales and marketing strategies.

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively guide, empower, and encourage fellow team members.


The selected candidate will be expected to travel to attend conferences and/or business trips as may be required from time to time.
